Shipping and returns
We can be brief here: Shipping is always free. And we will do our utmost to keep you up to date. For smaller items, which we usually ship via mail, we will make sure to send you a Track & Trace code.
For larger items, which we usually deliver ourselves, we will get in touch beforehand to find a suitable time and date for you to have your furniture delivered.
We understand perfectly well that you want to ponder over a newly bought piece of furniture a little longer than the standard 2 weeks that the right of withdrawal gives you. That is why we extended it to 10 weeks for any purchase made.
Should you not be completely satisfied during that time, just send your item back to us. We will refund you within two weeks, no questions asked. Please send us an email beforehand to email@example.com, so we know to expect your return shipping.
We do ask you to cover the costs of shipping the item back to us. If that turns out to be a problem, just get in touch with us and we will find a solution together.
